    LOCATION:

    A contemporary boutique resort of 58 rooms located on the prime beachfront section of Legian. The hotel was extensively rebuilt on the site of the original Niksoma property and opened in late 2003. The architect is the same person that designed the highly acclaimed The Legian Hotel in Seminyak. The restaurant faces the beach as do the two swimming pools offering great views of the surf and sunsets. The Superior rooms are in a block of 10 rooms on two levels; these were the original Niksoma rooms rebuilt and maintained offering large Balinese style with contemporary furnishings and modern touches. All the rest of the rooms are completely new and have internet access. The total area of land is relatively small in keeping with the boutique style and the buildings cleverly and snugly fit, leaving narrow walkways between each of the rooming areas. The rooms are behind the restaurant, reception and pool and occupy all of the remaining land.
